Our Track Record

West View Health Care Center has been in operation 29 years.

During this time we have been fortunate to have an excellent track record in our federal and state certification surveys and our quality indicators. During our last survey in May 2008 we received a deficiency free survey. Attached is the record of our survey.

I have also attached a copy of our quality indicator report. This report tracks West Views performance in 24 categories of care and compares us to the rest of the state. This report reflects a rolling six month period so while it doesn't represent the current status in each category it does provide trending information.

You should know as you review this information that we have quality improvement teams working on each area with special focus given to any percentile rank over the 75th percentile.

We have seen great improvement in each of our focused areas. I encourage you to stop by and discuss these reports with me or my staff at your convenience. I would be happy to show you our current detail.

Quality Improvements are an ongoing challenge that all of our staff are committed to and engaged in daily.
